Brow lifting corrects drooping caused by age-related sagging around the eyes. The brows tend to slope downward, with the outer corners sitting lower than normal, often accompanied by drooping outer eyes. This makes the eyes appear sad, harsh, and aged. Beyond aesthetics, severe brow drooping can also affect vision.
Sloping brows or outer corners make the face look sad and the eyes dull. Endo-Brow Lift raises the outer brow to a proper level, softening harsh eyes, rejuvenating the face, and brightening the eyes.
Excess eyelid skin can make the eyes look sleepy and may obstruct vision. It also affects eyelid contour. Endo-Brow Lift reduces sagging eyelid skin, lifts the brows and eyelids, enlarges the eyes, and improves eyelid definition. In some cases, Subbrow Lift may be more suitable. A board-certified plastic surgeon should assess each case individually.
Endo-Brow Lift tightens the entire upper face, reducing forehead lines, outer eye wrinkles, and frown lines. It relaxes overactive frown muscles, making the face firmer and more youthful—reducing the need for frequent Botox.
When brows and eyelids are too close, the eyes look tense and dull. Endo-Brow Lift increases the space between the lower brow and eyelid, making eye makeup easier and more attractive.
There are two widely recognized techniques for effectively correcting drooping eyebrows. The first is the traditional method known as Direct Brow Lift, which involves an incision above the brow. The second is the modern technique called Endo-Brow Lift, or Endoscopic Brow Lift, which uses a minimally invasive approach with no visible scarring. Currently, the endoscopic brow lift is more popular than the traditional method due to its discreet results and advanced surgical precision.
Involves incisions above the brow to remove excess skin and tighten sagging outer brows. Suitable for older patients with significant forehead and brow sagging or brow ptosis.
A minimally invasive procedure using tiny incisions (less than 2 cm) to insert an endoscope and lift the forehead and brows. Endotine, a dissolvable medical anchor, is used to hold the brows in place. All incisions are hidden within the hairline, making them invisible. This technique addresses drooping brows, outer eyes, and narrow brow-to-eye spacing—rejuvenating the face and softening the overall look.
Endotine is an FDA-approved medical device used for facial lifting without major surgery. It’s a small triangular anchor (1.5 cm) with five prongs that distribute tension evenly and lock sagging skin into place. It dissolves naturally and leaves no residue in the body.

Post-Procedure Care After Endo-Brow Lift
If you feel a bump after stitch removal, it may be dissolvable suture material. If bothersome, send a photo via Line to the medical secretary to schedule a follow-up. Otherwise, it will dissolve naturally within 1–2 months.
Incision size: only 1–3 cm,
hidden in the side hairline using
hidden-scar technique—no facial scars
A: The incision from Endo-Brow Lift (endoscopic brow lift surgery) is completely hidden within the hairline. Therefore, there will be no visible scars on the forehead or face.
A: During the procedure, patients feel no pain as general anesthesia is administered and monitored one-on-one by an anesthesiologist.
A: Foxy Eyes is suitable for those with drooping brows and outer eyes, especially at the tail of the brow and eye. It lifts or elongates the eye shape for a sharper look. Endo-Brow Lift (endoscopic brow lift surgery) is similar to Foxy Eyes but includes upward forehead lifting. Endo-Brow Lift combines two lifting directions: vertical lifting of the central brow and forehead, and diagonal lifting of the outer brow and eye—similar to Foxy Eyes. All incisions are hidden within the hairline.
