She recommended doing both to double the beauty effect. So we enhanced the eyelid crease for a softer gaze and lifted the brows. My original facial structure was masculine, with brows lower than typical female anatomy. The doctor lifted and curved the brows to create a more feminine appearance.
30 Days After Chin Augmentation, Rhinoplasty, Double Eyelid Surgery, and Brow Lift
At 30 days post-op, the masculine facial structure was gone—no more low brows, prominent brow bones, undefined eyelid creases, flat nose, or short, blunt chin. The doctor repositioned the brows to a higher, more feminine placement. The previously straight, rigid brows now have a gentle slope. The eyelid crease was refined for a sweeter look. The nose was reshaped with a sloped bridge and projected tip. As for the chin—
The doctor said it was a challenging case. If the chin was augmented too little, it would still look masculine. If augmented too much, it might lean toward an LGBTQIA+ aesthetic. She aimed for the most feminine result possible—softening the chin. From the side, my face now looks sleek and delicate. I love it!
